Your Role:
Evaluate vehicle damage and approve repair estimates using Audatex & internal systems
Manage total loss settlements and provide technical support to claims teams
Oversee repair quality and cost efficiency
Ensure seamless communication with repairers and clients
Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
Certification in ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards one)
Expertise in repair methods, valuations, and estimating software
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
