Full Job Description

As an Account Lead, you ll drive strategic execution, achieve KPIs and oversee field operations across multiple channels. With a focus on excellence, leadership and collaboration, you ll play a key role in optimizing performance and fostering strong client relationships., You will take ownership of defining and tracking key performance metrics, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals and effectively monitored to measure success. By developing tailored strategies that address specific client needs and market demands, you will establish yourself as a trusted expert and an invaluable partner to both the client and your team. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team to not only meet but consistently exceed KPIs, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Through the cultivation of strong client relationships, you will position yourself as a reliable advisor, leveraging your insights to address challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable, impactful results. You will harness data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support decision-making, optimising performance and achieving key objectives. Additionally, your role includes managing budgets with precision, monitoring overall costs and ensuring financial efficiency. You will oversee budget forecasting and reconciliation while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations. By upholding financial discipline and clear communication, you will contribute to the successful delivery of both client and organisational goals.
