Full Job Description

We're seeking experienced and results-driven individuals in London who have experience in Account Management and Payments/FinTech to join our energetic sales team at Lightspeed Commerce. As an Account Manager, Capital you will be responsible for managing a book of hospitality customers to support the growth and operations of these Lightspeed customers through the offering of our Financial services.   • Providing exceptionally high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to position and drive awareness on Lightspeed Capital for merchants;
  • Building a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and identify where Financial Service opportunities lie across your book of business;
  • Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximise the growth of your book of business;
  • Achieving sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service to each merchant and coordinating with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximise opportunities within the assigned territory

    Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years running

  • Value feedback and thrive on constant improvement and learning

  • Even better if you have, but not necessary:
  • Experience in hospitality industry
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment;
  • Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally
  • Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry is a plus
