As a member of Baxter's sales team, you'll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You'll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you'll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

- Ownership of the Business, This is an outstanding opportunity to join Baxter Healthcare Corporation in a pivotal role managing UK Pharmacy Services. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering value-based solutions that enhance patient outcomes across the UK healthcare sector. Our driven team is committed to delivering top-notch services, and we are seeking individuals who can effectively implement innovative strategies in a fast-paced business setting. This role is looking after South West and South Wales.
- Present clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the UK healthcare sector.
- Deliver education to Healthcare professionals to ensure the uptake of Baxter Products & Services, optimizing efficiencies and improving patient outcomes.
- Manage complex long sales cycles across a diverse decision-making unit.
- Develop, implement, and review territory business plans aligned with a National strategy, while identifying and acting upon local opportunities.
- Foster collaborative relationships to grow the existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially.
- Apply individual and group selling skills effectively, navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle.
- Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long-term profitable and balanced sales/market presence.
- Review sales data and conduct market analysis to inform activity and achieve a focused, effective use of time.
- Collaborate with customers to develop a long-term, commitment-based procurement environment that improves resilience and capacity in aseptic compounding.
- Seek new opportunities in Hospital, Homecare, and Care Closer to Home, aligned with national healthcare goals.
- Regularly engage with local and National teams to consistently champion a culture of collaboration, support, and sharing standard methodologies.
- Excel with a creative approach in a continuously changing external and internal business environment.
- Apply a CRM system for supporting planning, sequential selling, and territory analyses.
Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Strong sales background or demonstrated high level of knowledge in relevant therapy areas, such as oncology, aseptic compounding, and/or homecare.
- Demonstrated experience or deep knowledge of the UK Healthcare Sector (desirable).
