Accountant

· Prepare and record all general ledger entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies,

· Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure all the transactions have been captured properly,

· Conduct period closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, overall lead all sub-ledgers.

· Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis including explanation of deviations,

· Prepare group and statutory financial statements in a timely and accurate manner,

· Assist in preparation of tax filings,

· Assist in external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations,

· Identify improvement initiatives to drive harmonization and optimization of processes,

· Assist with other accounting administrative tasks e.g. credit card expenses, the statistical surveys.

· Demonstrated experience within accountancy practice,

· Qualified or partly qualified accountant - ACCA or equivalent,

· Result-oriented, focused on delivering high-quality output,

· Great team player,

· Experience with ERP-system required. Knowledge of US GAAP reporting standards will be a strong plus.
