Full Job Description

  • Implements the tasks assigned related to compliance with hotel management rules, processes and procedures.
  • Assists with internal audits.
  • Ensure the customer's experience and personalize their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Deal with customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the person in charge. Escalate the incident to the person in charge if a solution cannot be found.
  • Implements processes (payments, accounting, etc.) based on the standards defined (except for those that have been transferred to MHS).

    Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Budgeting, Forecasting.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
