You will be joining a Group Finance team of 9 colleagues to support the team with the preparation of the month end accounts, interim and annual consolidated accounts and support the audit of your areas of responsibility. Your role You will be primarily responsible for processing and reconciling company credit card expenses claims on a timely basis and supporting month end journals for acquiring fees and selling costs. What you'll be doing

• Review and process company credit card expense claims, ensuring timely submission and follow-up on outstanding claims.
• Provide training to staff on the expense management system, offering ongoing support and guidance.
• Work on the acquiring fees and selling costs for the month end process.
• Reconcile balance sheets related to company credit cards.
• Oversee and monitor carriage expenditure for Debenhams.
• Allocate and post FCM travel costs into the system, ensuring accurate reconciliation of nominal code 1239 against supplier statements.
• Prepare various financial reports to support business operations.
• Provide general support to the Accounting Department, assisting with financial processes and administrative tasks.
• Assist in internal and external audits, addressing queries and ensuring compliance with audit requirements
  
  Part qualified CIMA, ATT, ACCA
• Strong data handling skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Team player with good communication skills
