As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the team to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for the residents. Your role will involve devising imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability, with the aim of maximizing the residents' wellbeing, independence and social engagement., The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of engaging activities for the care home residents. This will involve getting to know the residents and their families to create tailored activity programs, as well as organizing events and outings to keep the residents active and socially connected. The successful candidate will need to be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organizational skills and a creative approach to inspire both residents and staff.
