Full Job Description
The Hotel employs in the region of 90-100 staff and are looking for a competent and efficient person to work alongside a small and friendly administration team as a Admin Assistant to provide admin and secretarial support to the HR Manager and Proprietor. Duties to include :
- Preparing, inputting and maintaining job descriptions and adverts under the direction of the HR Manager.
- Arranging interviews and work trials, including corresponding with relevant Managers
- Managing the recruitment database, corresponding with and onboarding candidates as and when directed
- Preparing and processing paperwork for candidates - offers, contracts and induction packs, DBS, reference checks and booking training courses
- General secretarial duties to include typing letters and responses to guests, memos, photocopying, minute taking
- Greeting interviewees / applicants etc and giving show rounds
- Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for meetings and interviews
- Keeping filing and files up to date
- Processing leavers and new starters
- Organising interview packs and printing Induction packs Role would suit candidate
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent written English
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner. Confidentiality is essential.
