Full Job Description
We are seeking someone for the Admin and Clerical Supervisor/Project Facilitator that has experience of leading a team, has operational knowledge and experience, has knowledge of Lorenzo and other NHS systems, has led on service improvement and change initiatives, is able to deal with competing demands on time, and is able to work cross-site.
The post-holder will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the service/demands of the project. The post-holder will predominantly be based at NGH for the Admin & Clerical Supervisor aspects of the role but will involve working on a cross-site basis for the Project Facilitator aspects of the role., The Admin & Clerical Supervisor/Project Facilitator will:
+ Ensure that designated clinical services are supported by an efficient and effective administrative system
+ Line manage a group of administrative staff including a clinic admin, reception team, and secretarial team
+ Ensure data is recorded by the directorate's administrative staff in an accurate and timely fashion in order to support the directorate's core business and ensure an excellent service is provided to patients
+ Support delivery of key service improvement projects, pathway redesign work, and implementation of change projects
