Full Job Description

To support the Cardiology Medical Secretarial team with general administrative duties . To manage administrative outcomes from the outpatient clinics. To manage Advice and Guidance input onto the Patient Administration System and MAXIMS. To manage and import reports from system wide providers to MAXIMS and associated tasks. Be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail for the team. Take and process telephone calls and queries from patients and colleagues in an appropriate manner.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised administration assistant with confident IT skills. You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way but also be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have recent experience in administrative and clerical duties and can demonstrate excellent customer care skills.
