Full Job Description

Specsavers home visits provide eye care to customers in their own homes. Our passion is to deliver outstanding customer care, expert eye care advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs. In this role, you will be supporting a highly experienced professional team by ensuring that all patients appointments, orders, requests and internal processes are managed effectively, and you must be able to work at pace. We are busy, all of the time. You must have great attention to detail, be able to think on your feet as well as multi-task. There is the opportunity for personal development and career progression into the role of Care Home Lead. Once you have proven your ability as Admin / Scheduler, this role will focus on the customer service side of things, focussing on the client management side of the business and the internal compliance required.

  • Minimum of 1 years call centre or office admin experience
  • Able to work in Wednesbury
  • Someone looking for career progression in future
  • Competent in the use of in house systems and Microsoft Office
