We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time permanent Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team within Business Services, supporting the Asset Strategy team., Your duties would include; Raising and payment of invoices, inputting of data into SPIIDUR system, assisting with preparation of delegated reports, monitoring an inbox and dealing with queries and providing general administrative support to the Asset Strategy team., Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer. You should be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. You will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well-organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities.
