Full Job Description
To provide admin support to the Data Into Action team. The post holder will be required to undertake a wide range of admin tasks which include coordinating the programme's inbox, maintaining data access registers, preparing committee papers and servicing the programme's sub-groups. The role will support key programme functions including the information governance process and will assist the programme team in their day-to-day tasks., + eveloping/Coordinating meeting rhythm
+ Supporting the Chairs of subgroups
+ Administer operational group o Administer the Data Access and Asset Group (DAAG) - a monthly meeting, with representation from CDC and ICB, to sign off data access requests including:
+ Minutes/ Agenda/ papers/ stakeholder engagement o Administer Tech & Data Group
+ Administer PPIE o Administer MPSG o coordinating emails via dia@C&M o Maintaining the DIA webpage
+ Provide admin support for the information governance process
+ Facilitate data access for population health and research uses, using established processes
+ Support DIA leadership
+ Support the management of the ICB data quality log & forum

If you are a Tier 2 visa applicant and you are coming to work in an occupation defined by the relevant Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code, you will be required to provide a criminal record certificate from any country you have lived in for 12 months or more in the last 10 years, this is also applicable for your adult dependants.
Employers are expected to implement the Care Certificate for all applicable new starters from April 2015. The Care Certificate aims to equip health and social care support workers with the knowledge and skills which they need to provide safe, compassionate care. We expect all new starters in clinical, patient facing posts (bands 1-4) to complete all 15 standards of the Care Certificate, within their first 6 months with the Trust.

+ Highly organised and comfortable working to realistic timelines.
+ Proficient in using MS applications: Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Adobe.
+ Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at any level across Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care System
+ Proactive approach to resolving queries/ issues (self starter)
+ Comfortable taking ownership of queries/ issues and working with the established governance (stakeholder network) to find a resolution, where possible
