Full Job Description

Are you well-organised and a good communicator? Would you like to work as part of our dynamic school administrative team, providing essential support to our staff, students, parents, and carers? We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our school. You will need to have experience working in a busy office environment, excellent ICT skills (including databases), outstanding written and oral communication skills, and be a self-motivated team player. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for attendance, bursary, and admissions processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sixth Form Administrator and other team members.
  • Assist the Assistant Headteacher, Teaching & Learning, in managing the administrative processes for the school's staff appraisal system.
  • Hours: 35 hours a week, 40 weeks a year (term time only + 5 Inset Days + 1 week during school closure) Why Join Us?
