Full Job Description

Join us as a Clerical Officer/Administrative Assistant and gain hands-on experience in essential administrative tasks. In this role, you'll support smooth department operations by managing recruitment files, updating employee records, and handling tasks like bank timesheet input. You'll coordinate weekly stationery and supply orders through Oracle/NHS Supplies, distribute post, and process ad hoc requests. Additionally, you'll prepare materials, take minutes for meetings, and distribute updates for the weekly team brief. A key part of your role will involve updating the management calendar via senior staff's Outlook schedules, and assisting with new starter inductions. You'll also complete payroll forms, input monthly salaries data, and reconcile the IVIG database. Other duties include organising travel bookings, printing materials like prescriptions and posters, managing petty cash, and supporting general office administration., As part ofseekingto become more inclusive, we will consider requests for flexible working from the start of your employment.
