The Learning and Development Team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are seeking to appoint an administrator to provide a support role. This role is required to support the learning and development team with the delivery of 3 skills boot camps in partnership with an external provider.,

• To provide and support the best development for our people.o To use systems and follow administration processes that support the service, contributing tothe delivery of key objectives and outcomes.o To provide administrative support to the team managers, projects and the wider team in orderto deliver and develop a quality service.o To provide information, advice and guidance to service users linked to People Developmentneeds.o To support and contribute to the delivery of projects and strategies, in order to provide ahigh quality service and ensure the organisation meets a range of key performance indicators.
