  • Assist with the day-to-day duties of Administration and Operations
  • Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
  • Dealing with our clients over the phone and via email
  • Report production and report checking
  • Issuing reports and certificates to the clients to ensure deadlines are met
  • Updating internal and client data bases
  • Understand planning KPI's

    Previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial
  • Be confident to pick up the phone
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
  • Keen, motivated and reliable
  • Professional phone manner, friendly and approachable personality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
