Full Job Description

  • We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction and upon completion, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
  • Responding to customer/third party correspondence.
  • Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.
  • A clear development pathway via a variety of learning tools available. Including a milestone framework which recognises and rewards your learning and performance.
  • Responding to correspondence sent by the court.
  • Making enforcement applications to the court.
  • Training and Shifts: You'll spend the first three weeks in office for training Monday-Friday. Once you're ready to go, you'll move into our weekly shift patterns (37.5-hour per week contract):
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
