  • Verifying purchase invoices against system details and following up on discrepancies.
  • Managing queries through the escalation process to ensure timely resolution.
  • Keeping precise records of invoices and settlements for audit and compliance.
  • Preparing reports on invoicing status, outstanding payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensuring invoices and settlements are submitted on time.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and database updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

    We're seeking an Administrator to join our busy Bradford branch. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your accuracy and organisational skills will make a real difference., Prior administration experience.
