Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, we're looking for a Support Administrator who will thrive in a busy operational environment to join our Credit Services team at Birchwood Park, Warrington., In this fast-paced role as a Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after incoming and outgoing post management
  • Cash Management for customer payment
  • New customer onboarding/ risk management
  • Process and scan incoming supplier invoices
  • General admin duties: customer amendment's, internal credit/ invoice requests
  • Ad hoc tasks, This would be a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career as a Support Administrator who would enjoy working with customers to provide exceptional service and manage payments received.

    Self-motivated with a collaborative, team working approach
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent administrative/organisational abilities and a keen eye for details and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment
