If you are looking for a new challenge, enjoy variety in your work, can cope with a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference for our community by supporting people with mental health or learning disability needs then we want to hear from you., We require a full-time Administrator to work within the Huntingdon Adult Locality Team at Newtown Centre & Fenland Adult Locality Team at Agenoria House, Wisbech primarily supporting the Specialist Nurse Practitioners but also offering admin cover for the Adult Locality Teams at Huntingdon & Fenland., The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative service within the team, including word processing, organise clinics and associated appointments, telephone work, maintain filing in both paper and electronic records and inputting and updating service user information.
As part of this role and if you meet the eligibility criteria there will be the opportunity to complete a Level 2, 3 or 4 Apprenticeship qualification. As part of the apprenticeship you will achieve a national recognised qualification and gain experience in administration in a health care setting. An apprenticeship is a framework of qualifications made up of an NVQ, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills in Mathematics and English. Undertaking an apprenticeship qualification is a great way to progress onto the next step on your career pathway.
