Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an administrator to support the School aged immunisation service, based at Sankey House Pitsea for 3 days a week. The hours will be 9am - 5pm and must include a Friday.,
- Telephone support, receiving and making calls to parents including making appointments on SystmOne and general queries relating to service delivery
- Completing BCG referral's
- Prepare immunisation session paperwork
- Patient data management on SystmOne and excel spreadsheets
- Maintain smooth running of the office, including stationery audits
- Liaising with schools
We are looking for an experienced candidate with an excellent level of administration, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also need to be computer literate with experience of MS Word and Excel and will be given full training on SystmOne as well as other internal systems. We are looking for individuals with a positive, dynamic and compassionate approach to supporting patient care. Successful candidates will be expected to work in the organisation, providing services in a professional, efficient, friendly and polite manner. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
