Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) provides integrated community and mental health, learning disability and social care services of the highest standard due to our continued commitment to quality and service improvement. To ensure that we achieve this goal we look to recruit candidates of a high calibre that share our passion for delivering excellent service user care, research and education., We require a full-time Administrator to work within the Huntingdon Adult Locality Team at Newtown Centre & Fenland Adult Locality Team at Agenoria House, Wisbech primarily supporting the Specialist Nurse Practitioners but also offering admin cover for the Adult Locality Teams at Huntingdon & Fenland. This is not a remote or hybrid-working post, applicants will be expected to work from one of our bases., The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative service within the team, including word processing, organise clinics and associated appointments, telephone work, maintain filing in both paper and electronic records and inputting and updating service user information., + Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team. + Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required. + Organise clinics and associated appointments for clinics, using appropriate brought forward systems to manage work. + Provide operational support to colleagues, and supervision of Band 2 administration staff within the team, if required, as directed by Line Manager. + Deal with staff and service user requests that may be part of a cash office functions as and when required, and in accordance with Trust procedures. GCSE grades A-C in Mathematics & English are required for this vacancy.

An apprenticeship is a framework of qualifications made up of an NVQ, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills in Mathematics and English. Undertaking an apprenticeship qualification is a great way to progress onto the next step on your career pathway.
