Full Job Description
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in the Administrative duties that are required to deliver on the project.. Your day to day will include:
- Provide replies to all HR Enquiries - escalating to ASK HR when necessary
- Process employee change of personal details; Process leavers
- Coordinate all Work Experience requests (including interview and parent permission forms) - prepare work experience task book (including RA and SSOW for young people)
- Provide Monthly Headcount report to group and Ops Manager
- Monitor training requirements and organise necessary training (record and update)
- Tool Box Talk's monthly delivery, record attendees
Have administration skills - sensitivity and understanding
- can be flexible and open to change
- customer service skills
- Are able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
