Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration Service within the Maxillofacial secretarial team ., We are looking to recruit 1 x 30 hour post to work within the respiratory admin team.

The successful candidate will join a fantastic secretarial team, main duties will include:

Typing clinical correspondence

Tracking patient pathways

General office duties

Although previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work, people who have a flexible approach to working. Excellent customer service skills is a must!

The successful candidates will join a friendly and supportive team that values the contribution of all staff.

To work at the Castle Hill site, we are looking for enthusiastic people with previous customer service experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibly and are able to organise and prioritise their workload. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with members of the public.
