Full Job Description

The Executive Support Team in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and experienced Administrator to join us! We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and Administrative services to the Executive Team within the Faculty, and you will get the opportunity to get heavily involved in various faculty projects such as process improvements, and the development of SharePoint and support and training of relevant stakeholders as and where needed.

  • Excellent standard of customer service and a flexible can-do approach is key to being successful in this role.
  • Solid team working skills
  • Advanced MS 365 knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • High level of experience in Excel and database management
  • Experience of IT systems and delivering training/guidance
  • High level of experience in managing & creating SharePoint sites
  • General administrative experience
