Administrator - Forestry & Estate Maintenance - Chichester Can you help us see the wood from the trees with your expert organisational skills As our Administrator you'll become a vital part of our small and friendly Forestry team, set in a unique rural environment, including three friendly dogs, who keep us company in the Office. You'll provide a comprehensive administration service, becoming an Ambassador for Forestry and the Goodwood Estate. As our first point of contact you'll process all maintenance requests, co-ordinate customer requirements and be the go to person for all things Admin. You'll maintain, organise and record all Health & Safety and HR related documentation including accident reporting, sickness, holidays and our recruitment processes to name just a few. 30 hours per week - start time ideally 8.00am and hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days (one day must be a Friday) We'll provide PPE including a coat and wellies - as no two days are the same and we love to plant trees from time to time. You'll really be able to get your teeth stuck into this role by taking ownership of all expenditure control activities , matching invoices to approved purchase orders, cost codes and signatures before sending onto our Finance team. You'll love a process and will find ways to improve these wherever you can. This role may involve some lone working as the team our out in the forest. What you'll need: An eagle eye for detail, with impeccable organisational skills A natural at developing great working relationships across the organisation Outstanding MS office skills, particularly Excel with a desire to learn new systems Proven relevant administration experience in a busy and fast paced environment including databases/systems Flexibility during peak periods, particularly during the Events What you'll get:
