Administrator - Moto Foundation£17,000 pro rata based on 22.5 hoursHybrid - 1 day in our Central Support Office at Toddington Services22.5hrs per week - Can be across 3-5 days depending on what flexibility you requireMoto Foundation is the charitable arm of Moto Hospitality, the leading motorway rest-stop provider in the UK. Founded in 2005 and having raised over £10m for good causes since its' inception. We are now looking for a new member of the team to support the Foundation Manager across different areas of the charity, including fundraising, grants and administration. What we offer:

You will be responsible for:
Drive fundraising at site level through compliance and participation
General administration, including ordering and packing fundraising materials for site activity. This may include some lifting
Community grant preparation, research and reporting
Support of fundraising events - to include national challenge events and site events
Some comms support - both internally through newsletters and Moto intranet and externally via the Foundation website and Moto's Customer team
Board Meeting support - preparing slides, facilitating meetings

The candidate we are looking for will have

Experience of working in the charity sector and/or Motorway Service Area
Strong administrative and communication skills
Be able to build internal and external relationships
Have a flexible approach to workload and work autonomously
Should be able to self-motivate and motivate others
Will have a can-do attitude, willing to offer new ideas
