Full Job Description

  • Your day-to-day duties will vary depending on the needs of the Admissions and Admin teams. You can expect to be working on the following types of tasks:
  • Making telephone calls
  • Sending emails
  • Visiting tutors in lessons to gather information on absences
  • Updating our student record system (ProSolution)
  • Customer service
  • Reception and front of house cover
  • Data entry
  • Supporting student recruitment events

    We're on the lookout for casuals to support our busy Admissions and Administration teams. This job is perfect for recent graduates looking for office and administrative experience at the start of their careers, or for people who are looking for short-term flexible work.
  • You will need to be confident and quick with your IT skills, you will be sending emails, managing data and keeping student records up to date. You'll need to be a 'people person' with good customer service skills as you'll be handling telephone enquiries and dealing with walk-in customers. You will need a 'get up and go' attitude to play a supporting role to our students. We are recruiting for roles at Watford, Luton and Hemel Hempstead campuses.
