Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AdTech Manager with a strong background in Ad Technology and tools such as DCM, Flashtalking, CDP Technologies, and DCO Technologies. This role will oversee our Audience & Personalisation workstreams, supporting their integration across Digital verticals and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative strategies aligned with our 3YP goals., In this role, you will act as a key connector for the Paid Traffic team, bridging strategy and innovation while owning the digital marketing technology infrastructure. You will lead workstreams such as privacy-centric measurement, durable tagging, dynamic pricing, and automation, while also driving integration between engineering and marketing teams. Implementing an outstanding digital marketing technology plan ensures measurable return on investment and aligns with the business's future vision.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience working with an external feed provider (CSS), Advantage if familiar with BigUpData
- Background of managing multiple technology provider roadmaps
- Experience of design & implementation of a single digital marketing technology roadmap
- Experience of working with data engineering teams and marketing teams and the ability to bridge the communication gap between these areas
- Experience managing multiple websites business requirements for Tagging & Tracking
- Working with 3rd Party providers to facilitate Campaign tracking requests
