Looking to have an impact on people's lives? Excellent communication skills? Super-organised and able to multi-task? Come and join our Adult Advice Hub providing quality advice and guidance on all of our adult courses and supporting the delivery of exceptional student experience for our adult learners, including those who attend evening courses. What you'll be doing

  • responding to queries from potential students, offering information, advice and guidance about our courses and funding.
  • promoting our courses and providing accurate information and guidance to ensure we get the right people on the right course at the right time.
  • keeping all marketing content, including the website, accurate and current.
  • working as part of a team, ensuring that team members are informed and up to date.
  • visiting classes to ensure that adult learners are aware of the available support services.
    • You'll need to be great at
  • attention to detail with a love of spreadsheets!
  • communicating with lots of different people
  • dealing with challenging situations with a smile
  • seeing tasks through to completion and not being afraid to chase to get the answers that learners need.
