Full Job Description
You will be required to demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process; identify gaps within the service, and lead with service improvement and development in line with national and local strategies. You will be actively involved in research and will be responsible for leading implementation of evidence based clinical changes as well as facilitating a positive team culture through effective clinical leadership; providing a clinical resource to colleagues as required and delivering training and education to the team and wider services to improve standards of service delivery.You will also be required to ensure delivery of high quality patient centered care measured by clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patient experience as well as meeting the key performance measures as required by the Trust.
