  A qualified social worker with relevant experience in hospital social work or a similar fast-paced setting.
• A deep understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, and Care Act compliance.
• The ability to balance leadership and hands-on casework, keeping the team motivated and practice-focused.
• A talent for mentoring and developing others-whether that's through supervision, training, or just being a brilliant role model.
• Strong skills in multi-agency working-we liaise across multiple hospitals, councils, and health trusts., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
