Aftersales Advisor - Gravesend Ford

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Gravesend. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.

As an Aftersales Advisor you'll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
Booking vehicles into the workshop
Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
A full UK driving licence
Great attention to detail
A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
Experience using computer software systems

This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday - Friday & 1 in 4 Saturday's, up to £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £36,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager., In addition to a highly attractive basic salary, commission and target related bonus we also offer a range of other benefits including:
