Full Job Description

  • To ensure the accurate and efficient processing of completed Vehicle Health Checks within the set timescales.
  • To exceed customer expectations in their aftersales experience with us.
  • Updating customers with progress on their vehicle as well as ensuring authorisation for additional work and making follow-up calls.
  • Liaising with Sales, Workshop and Parts departments to keep track of vehicle progress and ensuring customer vehicles are ready on time., We endeavour to look after our staff by operating an Employee Car Scheme. The scheme is dependent on production and availability of cars which comply with the Scheme rules.

    Proven ability to effectively sell additional products or services.
  • Possess some understanding of automotive systems and components, e.g. Drive and RTC plus any additional systems required to fulfil the role.
  • Familiarity with manufacturer repair times and industry standards.
  • Well organised and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment is essential.
  • A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.
