Aftersales Retail Assistant

We are recruiting for a Retail Aftersales Assistant to join Cox Motor Group's team at our Northwest Honda Motorcycles Supercentre.

We are looking for people who share our passion for our brands (and Motorcycles). It is vital you have experience as a retail assistant and possess exceptional customer service skills, along with motorcycle knowledge. All employees play a vital part in putting the customer first, delivering a great customer experience. We offer excellent opportunities to undertake further training and progress your career.

As an Aftersales Retail Assistant you will be part of a team that looks after our customers with all aspects of motorcycle ownership, from clothing and accessories to parts and service. The ideal person will take pride in ensuring our customers are provided with the very best service.

• Good organisational skills
