The Change Manager is responsible for delivering change initiatives for specific Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, ensuring the successful application of change management principles. This role focuses on execution while providing valuable insights to the Head of Change Management and supporting the broader change management team as needed., Project Delivery
- Lead change management efforts for assigned projects, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and the development of comprehensive communications plans.
- Develop and execute tailored training, enablement, and communication plans to meet the unique needs of each project, ensuring user readiness and effective adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate qualitative and quantitative adoption/value metrics, providing detailed progress reports to the Head of Change Management. Collaboration and Alignment
- Work closely with the Head of Change Management and Change Specialist to ensure adherence to the overarching change management methodology and frameworks.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and insights to enhance the overall maturity and effectiveness of the change management function. Strategic Input
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Head of Change Management on improving delivery approaches and frameworks, ensuring they align with organisational objectives and best practices.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement efforts, leveraging expertise to drive the success of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of change management strategies within the broader project delivery framework. Reporting and Accountability The Change Manager reports directly to the Head of Change Management. This role supports the delivery of change initiatives while ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the Change Management function.
- Hold certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous. Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related fields.
- Experience with AI projects or technology adoption is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in leading change initiatives and managing complex projects. Key Skills
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive training and communication plans.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate adoption/value metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
