We're VIVID! -We offer a vibrant, friendly, inclusive culture that supports, develops and attracts the best people!, As an anti-social behaviour team leader, you'll line manage up to 10 anti-social behaviour officers who deliver a comprehensive cross tenure tenancy enforcement service to our customers, enforcing terms of their tenancy agreement. This includes anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases & investigating potential tenancy fraud cases. As well as taking income cases to court & applying for 'no access' gas injunctions. As part of your management responsibility, you'll recruit, supervise, support, develop and motivate your team. This'll help them to deliver a 'right first time' service, focusing on the customers' experience. You'll carry out regular one-to-one's and employee performance reviews. Identifying areas of training or development needs and making sure that plans are put in place when needed. You'll have experience in a housing related management role with knowledge and application of good procedures and practices relating to anti-social behaviour. You'll have proven in-depth experience in managing tenancy enforcement cases through court process. A sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy. Due to the nature of this role, you'll need you to be able to travel. So you'll need a full current driving licence with access to a vehicle. This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check which will be carried out upon successful appointment. We have an exciting opening for an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader to join us on a permanent basis. Based out of either our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, this is a full time role working 37 hours a week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.
