Full Job Description
We're hiring a superstar to join as our AP team as an AP Clerk for a fixed-term 6-month contract. The main purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices in accordance with the company's supplier payment policy. This role is based in our Uxbridge office and the team operate on a hybrid model (around 3 days in the office).- What you'll be doing:
- Process invoices in time for appropriate payment run.
- Address queries as they arise and ensure resolved accurately.
- Produce monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Providing support to restaurant managers with queries on the electronic stock/data entry systems.
- Support the team with the transition to a new system.
Previous experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High quality standards in all that you do - fastidious about detail.
- Strong organisational skills, always meeting deadlines.
- Good systems knowledge and a quick learner of new systems.
