Full Job Description
In this role, your day can vary from simple root-cause analysis to tackling more complex technical issues. You'll manage support call queues, resolving incidents and service requests while offering technical advice to users and colleagues. You'll ensure our applications run smoothly, maintaining technical manuals and support documents. During your typical day, you might work as a resource for project teams, helping them gather information and perform software updates, ensuring seamless handovers and adhering to change management procedures. You'll be servicing a vast variety of departments, including Adult Social Care, Children's Services, Education, Housing, and Regulatory Services, making each day unique and exciting. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
As an Applications Support Analyst, you have a knack for delving into complex issues and finding effective solutions through thorough analysis of available information. You approach challenges with composure and a methodical mindset, ensuring tasks are handled thoughtfully and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is passionate about problem-solving and has a natural affinity and understanding for technology. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical users. Attention to detail is your forte, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking is key.
