Your Role We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Operational Finance team in East Midlands Gateway. The team are responsible for the sales processing and cost controls relating to our 12 Road sales branches and the central East Midlands Gateway transport and warehousing operation. Your Responsibilities Our 24-month Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with the perfect blend of practical on-the-job training and study towards the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship standard. You'll be learning how to…

• Use our warehouse management system and central finance system
• Recognise and address system related issues
• Recognise and escalate operational finance issues
• Highlight areas of improvement and escalate any issues to line manager.
• Support new customer implementations
• Process invoices and overseas charges to correct cost area
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all customers
• Checking gross profit for each delivery consignment is as expected
• Regularly update and maintain reports in line with role requirements
• Manage workload against business & financial deadlines
  
  The minimum entry requirement for this apprenticeship is Five GCSEs at grades 3 - 9 / A-D including Maths & English)
