Full Job Description
Conducting all enrolments for learners carrying out Royal Marine Basic Training
Looking after apprentices by providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress review assurances, training delivery and support services
Assessing and conducting progress reviews with Royal Navy trainees including going onboard Royal Navy vessels
Remote assessing of apprentices
Work collaboratively with internal and external organisations to facilitate the timely delivery of any qualifications where mandated within the apprenticeship programme.
Ensure all progress reviews, observations, communications, and other information regarding the apprentices are uploaded onto the Management Information System.
Previous experience in the military is essential
Have worked in a role that involves assessing within adult learning/education (desirable)
Experience of working with apprentices would be advantageous
This is a people facing role so excellent communication skills are essential
Experience of the use of technology to support learning delivery (MS Office )
Ability to attain UK SC clearance

The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
