Full Job Description

The Apprentice role is a developmental position within the Global Procurement Organization. During the apprenticeship you work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Kirklees College. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a Customer Service Level 2 or Business Admin Level 3 qualification (depending on experience).

Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate



Working Arrangements

Working Week: During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Kirklees College. The working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm (with flexibility to suit business needs).

Expected Duration: 18 Months
