This is a part-time position, working 22.2 hours per week.

Day to day duties

- Highly focussed proactive and professional Apprenticeship employer engagement ensuring that all Apprenticeship employers meet the Weston College employer threshold whilst ensuring you meet both Challenging growth targets and quality standards.
- Account manage SME's and strategic employers in line with account management strategy and develop long term relationships with clients and employers maximising repeat business opportunities across Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
- Attend account management meetings with key accounts, providing the latest data, progression, and achievement, within employer threshold frequency times, leading on Providing the key trends with employers.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development and/or account management with large/strategic employers.
- Industry knowledge with either a sales & recruitment company or training organisation.
- Skills and experience of working within a fast-paced environment., Disability Confident
