aProject Co-Ordinator

We require a Project Co-Ordinator to help increase the efficiency of the existing Project team. This is a vital role within the company where the candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to expedite the process of paperwork/ electronic paperwork and information in a professional manner. You will be responsible for:

• Phone call and email handling
• Coordinating deliveries and collections with Traffic Management Operatives
• Invoicing
• Day to day management of a portfolio of projects
• Dealing with incoming enquires and processing internal enquiries.
• Assuming responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works.
• Any other duties required by the Team Leader
You should have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a vibrant, busy atmosphere.
