Aqua Park Receptionist

Although our receptionists spend the majority of their day inside our reception, they still get to enjoy stunning views of the lake and are a key part in ensuring the guests experience is excellent. Seeing the excited faces come through the reception area is super rewarding and ensuring our guests have all the information they need is really important to their safety and experience on the aqua park.

Receptionists are responsible for all guest care from relying to emails, making bookings, helping guests to complete waivers, checking guests in and selling extras. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and positive attitudes to ensure the arrival process is excellent for all our guests at Aqua Parcs.

Applicants for reception must be 18+ years old and willing to weekends and school holidays throughout 2024.
