Area Manager for Burger Kings

Are you a results-driven Area manager with a strong background in multi-site management within the quick-service restaurant Franchises (QSR) industry (Ideally not coffee) Do you have a passion for driving performance, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, we want to hear from you! We are a growing franchisee QSR brand with an established presence across North London (5 sites) and Luton (3 sites). As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to oversee 8 sites, ensuring operational excellence, driving key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading high-performing teams to success. For this role you must have at least 3 years experience in Multi QSR sites & UK Driving Licence What You'll Be Doing: Operational Excellence -Managing and supporting 8 QSR locations across London and Luton, ensuring smooth daily operations over seeing a team of around 120 including store supervisors . Team Developing-Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Store Managers to exceed business objectives. Sales, Growth & Innovation- Driving KPIs, including sales growth, cost control, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational standards. Customer Focus- Implementing strategic initiatives to optimize performance and ensure consistent brand standards. Leasership Skills-Conducting regular site visits to provide hands-on leadership and operational support. Technical skills-Analyzing business performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Compliance & Safety-Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and company policie
  
  Proven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager, or similar role in the QSR industry or Hospitality.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in analysing data and generating reports to track and ehance performance metrics
Commercially focused mindset with strong financial acumen including profit and loss (P&L) managment, food safety and labour control Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing business needs. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance in the QSR sector. A hands-on, proactive approach to driving business success.
