• Guide, develop and mentor the production team with a focus on open communication ensuring that all team members feel respected, provided with regular feedback and learning opportunities, encourage innovation and create a pipeline of future talent.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing principles and engaging employees at all levels to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive decision-making, adjust plans, and improve overall efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, recognising the importance of diversity of thought and encouraging team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential., People: Lead, motivate, evaluate, and recognise employees.
