Assessment Delivery Coordinators ensure the smooth running of all events in the GMC's Clinical Assessment Centre (CAC). This involves:

• Act as Duty Manager during live assessment events to ensure the objectives of each examination or event are achieved.
• Provide effective and inclusive management and leadership to a team of direct reports, supporting their personal development, and helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, managing workload and supporting the team.
• Monitor and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure work is completed to the required standards and within published service level agreements.
• To identify areas for improvement and undertake and participate in continuous improvement projects as appropriate.
Please note that due to the nature of the work involved this post is a primarily office-based role with some home working opportunities. Located in Spinningfields at 3 Hardman Square and 3 Hardman Street sites, the successful candidates will be required to attend the GMC offices to carry out the role when required. Candidates will also be required to work some Saturdays as part of the role.

You'll need to be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with people face-to-face and by phone and email. You should also be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. With a keen eye for detail, you should be proactive and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
